Our Policies

Lawn Mowing

Lawn mowing will include front and back yard servicing. Unless otherwise specified by customer. Please note, if customer requests only back or only front, the price will remain the same.

Pet Waste

Pet waste must be picked-up before the scheduled service date or there will be an additional fee of $5/per dog.

Gates/Pets

Please make sure all yards are accessible on your scheduled visit day. BusyBee’s Lawn Care, LLC will not mow if pets are unsecured in a yard (front or back). We will secure all gates at the end of the service, but cannot guarantee that a pet will not escape, therefore, you accept our service with this provision. BusyBee’s Lawn Care, LLC is not responsible for lost or injured pets. If we arrive at your property and cannot mow due to pets or locked gates, there will be a 25% charge of agreed upon service(s). We will try to reschedule you for the same week, if possible.

Items In Yard or Structures Around Property

Please make sure to pick up items such as toys, hoses and debris. BusyBee’s Lawn Care, LLC is not responsible for damages to exposed sprinkler lines, hoses, cables, and other items left in or around the yard, unless the client informs us first of their existence. Large items should also be moved and off the grass. We will not move large items. We may decline mowing and edging around vehicles if parked too close to the work area. BusyBee’s Lawn Care is not responsible for damages occurred while on site.

Watering

Please do not water your lawn on your service day.

Holidays

If you are scheduled during a week of a national holiday that falls Monday through Friday, we will adjust the rest of the week’s schedule by one day before or after the holiday.

Addition Services

Any work outside of service agreement will require a separate estimate and/or signature if on sight and agreed upon pricing terms.

Cancellations

You may cancel your scheduled service at any time with a 72 hour notice, for any reason, without a cancellation fee. Same day cancellations will have a 25% charge of agreed upon service(s).

Unsatisfied Service

We rely on the feedback of our customers. If you are not happy with your service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will gladly fix any issues free of charge. Any complaints addressed after 24 hours will be noted for the next visit.
